Martin Estate Rosé

Created exclusively from Estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon, Martin Estate’s rich and tasty Rosé displays a distinct ruby color and prominent flavor, bolder and more elegant than what is traditionally expected. Fermented for four weeks in an egg-shaped Nomblot cement tank, the grape juice is left on the skins for a darker hue and aged sur lees in neutral French oak barrels.

Minimal handling throughout the winemaking process results in a delicious and versatile wine focused on rich intense berry flavors, accompanied with subtle floral notes.
